Further cmake changes for SoundTouchDLL compilation
...
- enable "-Ofast" compilation flags for cmake build
- adjust compiler flags for the SoundTouchDLL compilation
- add cmake-generated "SoundTouchDLL_EXPORTS" as alias for "DLL_EXPORT"
- hide cmake temporary files in gitignore
